Summer Workouts
Summer sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6-8 pm. All sessions will be on the practice field which is located to the left of the tennis courts. In order to communicate if there is a storm or if I have to cancel for personal reasons you must do the following. This is for all players from rising Freshman through rising Seniors. Please text the following number: 81010 in the message type @sandsoc (yes, please include @) For some of you it may ask you for a name please reply your name.
